Eligibility for Refund
Refunds may be issued only under the following verified circumstances:
1. Missing Pages or Corrupted File
• If your downloaded PDF is incomplete, corrupted, or unreadable due to technical errors, we will replace the file or issue a refund.
2. Content Not as Described
• If the content of the book is significantly different from what was advertised (e.g., major sections or promised topics are missing), a full refund will be considered.
How to Request a Refund
Please contact us within 7 days of purchase by emailing:

Include the following:
• Your order confirmation or receipt
• A description of the issue
• (If applicable) A screenshot or short explanation of the error
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted for:
• Change of mind after purchase
• Failure to download due to user error (e.g., lack of device storage, unsupported software)
• Claims made beyond 7 days of purchase
• Content dissatisfaction after full or partial reading (unless it qualifies under “Content Not as Described”)
