With over 35 years of experience in the construction and engineering industry, I’ve had the opportunity to lead impactful projects across Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and North America. As CEO of MHE Group, I’m proud to be part of a team that has completed more than 3,000 projects from single-family homes in Germany to hotels in North America, high-rises in Dubai, and AAC factory developments across Asia, North America, the Middle East, and Africa.

At MHE Group, we don’t just construct buildings we engineer trust, performance, and future-ready environments I’m honored to lead a global team that shares this vision.

To build the next generation of sustainable, advanced building systems structures that are long-lasting, energy-efficient, and built to the highest quality standards, yet remain affordable and scalable for real-world applications.

As an educator at heart, I’m equally passionate about sharing this knowledge. I believe in empowering others to move beyond outdated construction methods like traditional concrete and brick and instead embrace smarter, greener alternatives such as AAC (Autoclaved Aerated Concrete) that serve both people and the planet.
